Rh 1100 Electric Locomotive NS IV Yellow/GreyRh 1100 NS yellow-gray IV
To protect personnel in the event of accidents, the class 1100 locomotives were retrofitted with front ends similar to those of the class 1700. The PIKO model has sharply engraved bogie covers with realistic spring assembly reproductions and true-to-the-original reproductions of the buffer boards. The lighting is provided by LEDs. The cab and engine room lights as well as the front and rear lights that work depending on the direction of travel can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The heavy die-cast zinc frame and the motor with two large, precisely balanced flywheels provide excellent driving characteristics and high tractive forces. The model has a tidy circuit board with PluX22 interface and is prepared for an uncomplicated retrofit with sound decoder and large speaker.
