This diagram may help you with designing your Marklin K-Track layout.
Track spacing with the standard Marklin 2261/2262/2263/2265/2266 turnouts is 64.6mm. This image shows the 2261, but this also applies to the other standard Marklin K-track turnouts:
- the motorized Marklin 2262 (lefthand)
- the motorized Marklin 2263 (righthand)
- the manual Marklin 2265 (lefthand)
- the manual Marklin 2266 (righthand)
To get to the same length as two straight pieces of 2200, you add the 2208.
The Marklin 2232 curve piece is the curve identical to the turnout curve.
