New Piko item for 2022: This innovative vehicle fulfills the wishes of numerous model railroaders. With the measuring car it is possible to precisely record a complete layout including its gradients! Thanks to the WLAN connection, the generated measurement data is conveniently replayed in the smartphone app (Android and iOS) or the PC. Externally based on the measuring vehicles of the Deutsche Reichsbahn, the attractive car model impresses not only with state-of-the-art technology inside, but also with high model quality. The model is suitable for both analog and digital operation. The integrated backup battery allows measurements on de-energized track sections. By means of an integrated USB socket, the battery can be charged as well as the measurement data stored in the onboard memory can be read out."
