Special Order Parts Policy

Special Order Parts have a more restricted order policy.

We offer these parts as an additional service to you. The ordering process takes time, since these parts will have to come from the factory.

There are several key aspects to our Special Order Parts (SOP's) policy:

Deposit Requirement:

SOP's require a pre-payment in full. This means you pay in full for the parts before we place the order at the factory.

Non-returnable status:

SOP's are not returnable once ordered. Sales are final.

Cancellations:

Special Order Parts orders cannot be cancelled once we accept your payment and order the SOP's. If you change your mind, no longer need the parts, find them elsewhere, you can't cancel the order.

Part Verification:

You are required to confirm the part number(s) and specifications of the parts before placing the order. 

Part Description and Images:

Parts may differ from what is depicted. Parts may also be different in color from what you need to replace.

Availability:

Not all parts listed may still be available, even though offered on our website. Stock levels at the factory are not automatically updated on our website. We do have some SOP's in stock, and you will see a green thumbs up by the listing. 

If you order multiple parts, it is possible that not all parts can ship in a timely manner. It is also possible that some parts are no longer in stock or available at the factory.

Let us know when placing the order if you want to proceed or stop the order if not all parts are available ("All or None").

You will be refunded for SOP's which cannot be delivered (parts unavailable or sold out).

Delivery Times:

  1. Some  SOP's may be in stock in our store and can ship right away.
  2. Some SOP's may be in stock at the importer and can ship with 1-2 weeks.
  3. SOP's coming from the factory typically take 4-12 weeks to be delivered.
  4. Not all SOP's  may be available, even though offered on our website. 

Refunds:

Refunds are only given for SOP's which are sold out, and (if requested by the customer) for SOP's which have been on backorder for more than 90 days.
