The Deutsche Reichsbahn Gesellschaft developed the class 64 tender locomotives from 1926 onwards. After the Second World War, one machine remained with the ÖBB. The ÖBB mainly used them for passenger and goods train services on branch lines. Fleischmann 880905 is a matching car set.
