Marklin 37157 - Steam locomotive with tender
Prototype: Belgian State Railways (SNCB/NMBS) class 26 (former class 52) freight steam locomotive. Green and black basic paint scheme. Version with a tub-style tender and Witte smoke deflectors. The locomotive looks as it did at the start of the Fifties.
Model: The locomotive has an mfx digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has controlled, high-efficiency propulsion. The motor is mounted in the locomotive's boiler. 5 axles powered. Traction tires. The locomotive has an articulated frame to allow it to negotiate sharp curves. The dual headlights on the front of the locomotive and dual white marker lights on the tender will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally.
A 7226 smoke generator can be installed in the locomotive. Piston rod protection sleeves can be installed on the locomotive.
