Marklin 38290 - Class MZ Diesel Locomotive
Model: The loco has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has a centrally mounted high-performance motor. Both axles in each truck are powered by means of cardan shafts. Traction tires are fitted. Triple headlights and dual red marker lights change over with the direction of travel, work conventionally, and can be controlled digitally. The headlights at no. 1 and no. 2 loco ends can be controlled separately in digital operation. There is a double “A” light function. The cab lighting and control desk lighting can be controlled separately in digital operation. Maintenance-free warm-white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. A buffer capacitor is fitted. Factory-fitted smoke unit. Separately applied metal handrails. Engineer’s cab and machine room with relief interior fittings. Length over the buffers approximately 24.1 cm / 9-1/2".
