Marklin 39478 - Class 101 Electric Locomotive
Model: The loco has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has a controlled, high-performance motor with a flywheel, centrally mounted. 4 axles powered through cardan shafts. Traction tires. Triple headlights and dual red marker lights change end with the direction of travel, work conventionally, and are digitally controllable. The long-distance headlights and cab lighting can be controlled separately in digital operation. The headlights at no. 1 and no. 2 ends can be turned off separately in digital operation. The loco has the “double A” light function. Maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. A 2-pole coupling fitted into the NEM pocket at loco end 2 serves as an electrical connection to car 1 from the ICE express train passenger car set, item 42933. A normal close coupler head is fitted into the NEM pocket at loco end 1. Length over buffers 21.9 cm / 8-5/8".
