Marklin 43853 - Helvetia Express Train Passenger Car Set
Prototype: 3 different type TEE express train passenger cars for the TEE "Helvetia", used between Zürich and Hamburg-Altona. 2 type Avümh 111 TEE compartment cars and 1 type Apümh 121 TEE open seating car. The cars look as they did in the summer of 1975.
Model: The cars have underbodies and skirting specific to the car types. One type Avümh car and the Apümh car have Minden-Deutz heavy design trucks with disk brakes, magnetic rail brakes, and separately applied generators as in the prototype. The other type Avümh car has Minden-Deutz heavy design trucks with double brake shoe brakes, magnetic rail brakes, and a separately applied generator. All of the cars have factory-installed LED interior lighting and operating current-conducting couplers. Maintenance-free warm white LEDs are used for the lighting. A pickup shoe is mounted on one of the cars. The 73407 marker light kit can be installed on all of the cars.
Total length over the buffers 84.8 cm / 33-3/8".
