Marklin 88542 - Electric Locomotive Touristik - 25 Years MHI

Prototype: German Railroad, Inc. (DB AG) class 103.1 electric locomotive in the characteristic "Touristik" train paint scheme of 1996.

Model: The locomotive is finely and extensively painted and lettered. It has a powerful 5-pole motor. The headlights change over with the direction of travel and are warm white LEDs. Both trucks are powered. The selector for working catenary operation is mounted out of sight.
