Prototype: 1 heating building. 1 industrial smoke stack, 1 production hall and factory workshop with a mansard roof. Built in the style of the early 20th century. 2 type Sa 705 heavy-duty flat cars, each loaded with a model truck in a realistic paint scheme.
 
Model: These are professional architectural models with all of the parts as a kit ready to assemble. The parts are made of special, high-quality, architectural quality card stock, precision cut by laser. The joints, openings, windows, doors, base, and external masonry are exactly positioned.

Dimensions for the smoke stack approximately: height 136 mm / 5-3/8" x width 22 mm / 7/8" x length 22 mm / 7/8". Dimensions for the heating building: height 80 mm / 3-1/8" x width 68 mm / 2-11/16" x length 68 mm / 2-11/16".

Dimensions for the industrial hall: height 79 mm / 3-1/8" x width 72 / 2-7/8" x length 130 mm / 5-1/8".

The 6-axle heavy-duty flat cars are constructed of metal. The model trucks as freight loads for the flat cars are constructed of metal.
 
Interior lighting kits available in the aftermarket at ajckids.com can be installed in these buildings.
