Diesel Locomotive of the ACTS, class 6003/V 60
From 1955, the Deutsche Reichsbahn in the DDR developed the diesel hydraulic Locomotive V 60 for shunting duties. The Locomotives were clssified as V 60 on the DR, and following the change in numbering system, became known as class 106. With a total of 2.256 engines, the Locomotive is one of the most constructed European standard gauge locos. They develop a power rating of 478 kW.
