Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class 94. Version in a fictitious black paint scheme.
Model: The locomotive has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has controlled high-efficiency propulsion. 3 axles powered. Traction tires. The locomotive has an articulated frame to negotiate curves. It also has triple headlights and dual red marker lights that change over with the direction of travel. They will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Maintenance-free warm white LEDs are used for the headlights. The locomotive has separately applied grab irons. This model is delivered in an attractive wooden case.
