Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class 221 heavy diesel locomotive. Former class V 200.1.
Model: The locomotive has an mfx digital decoder, controlled high efficiency propulsion system, and extensive sound functions. 2 axles powered. Traction tires. The triple headlights and dual red marker lights change over with the direction of travel, will work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. The couplers can be replaced with closed end skirting pieces.
