Marklin 60931 - MFX High-efficiency Decoder with Sound Effects Generator

For steam locomotives. This kit is for converting Märklin H0 locomotives with built-in 6090, 60901, 60903, or 60904 high-efficiency propulsion to the new version with a feedback feature and sound effects. The existing high-efficiency motor is retained, the locomotive decoder is replaced, and a speaker is also installed. 12 typical steam locomotive operating sound effects are pre-programmed and can be activated according to the table.
Among them are the following special sound effects for specific operating situations: F8 = simple bell sound. F9 = sound of bell rung twice. F10 = sound of bell rung 3 times (provincial railroad). F14 = steam chest sounds. F15 = injector sounds. Also available are the controllable functions for direct control without acceleration/braking delay as well as 3 on-off functions for outputs that can be selected, one of which changes over with the direction of travel (example: headlights / marker lights).
