N Sound electric locomotive BR 101 DB AG Tessin VI, incl. PIKO sound decoder
New in 2025: Electric locomotive BR 101 with advertising print Tessins of DB AG in Era VI. When implementing the series 101 on a scale of 1:160, PIKO has perfectly captured the external design of the three-phase locomotive. Details such as the single-arm pantographs of the DSA 350 type were delicately reproduced. The sharply engraved bogies behind the low-drawn aprons round off the visual impression of the locomotive perfectly. A powerful mid-engine provides propulsion in the model. Two brass flywheels on the motor shaft ensure excellent synchronization. The locomotive also has two diagonally arranged wheels with traction tires for good traction. In the sound version, the BR 101 has a suitable decoder ex works.
