N Set of 2 conversion cars B3yg & B3yg DB IV
New for 2025: DB conversion car pair with prototypical paintwork and printing from Era IV, consisting of two 2nd class cars. From the mid-1950s, two passenger train car series, known as conversion cars, were created by converting state railway compartment cars at the Deutsche Bundesbahn. Unlike the original, no existing parts were used for the PIKO models of the three-axle conversion cars. The cars are completely new designs. The scale vehicles reproduce the original down to the smallest detail. Individually attached grab bars are just as much a part of the contemporary design as flush, crystal-clear windows and detailed interior fittings. The loving design continues on the floor of the car. It impresses with free-standing cables and a filigree brake rod, among other things. Like the original, the N conversion cars are also available in stores as close-coupled pairs and have a prototypical distance between the cars.
