N Sound electric locomotive BR 152 DB AG VI, including PIKO sound decoder
New in 2025: The large side surfaces and the smooth roof of the 152 series embody the locomotive construction of the 1990s. The new PIKO model in 1:160 scale reflects this overall appearance excellently. During the construction, great importance was also attached to the details: the tidy roof area is crowned by the two filigree single-arm pantographs made of metal. The flush-mounted windows allow a view into the driver's cab, with the fine, free-standing windshield wipers underlining the filigree implementation of the model. Separately attached handrails, the detailed bogies and the prototypical printing round off the external impression perfectly. The BR 152 is also impressive in technical terms and offers high tractive power and very smooth running. This makes it ideal for use in front of true-to-original freight trains. The sound model is equipped with a PIKO PSD XP sound decoder, which allows the driver's cab lighting to be switched on in addition to the direction-dependent light change in red and white. In addition, numerous locomotive-specific sounds ensure varied model railway operation.
