New in 2025: Design variant of the BR 248 Vectron Dual Mode from ČD Cargo in Era VI. The large side surfaces with the distinctive fans and the roof with a pantograph characterize the appearance of the modern Vectron Dual Mode. Great importance was also attached to details in the design and toolmaking: extremely three-dimensional engravings of the ventilation grilles and bogies with excellent optical depth effect underline this. Technically, the model continues the proven line of PIKO designs. A powerful mid-engine serves as the drive, two flywheels ensure excellent running characteristics and diagonally arranged traction tires enable the transport of long trains. In digital operation, the driver's cab and driver's desk lighting can be switched digitally. The modern PluX22 interface enables a suitable decoder to be quickly plugged in. The analog version can be retrofitted digitally in no time at all thanks to the PluX22 interface.
