New in 2025: Printed version of the Rh 2200 of the NS in Era III. The model impresses with the finest housing engravings and detailed representations of the heavy American-style bogies with many extra parts. The railings are filigree and free-standing. Other special features are the clear view through the driver's cab and the digitally switchable driver's cab lighting. The sound version of the Rh 2200 of the NS has a PSD XP sound decoder ex works. The model bears the fits mfx® quality mark. In order to make digital decoders reliable for all users of the current Märklin digital control centers, a new "fits mfx®" quality mark was introduced together with Märklin and other manufacturers. This can only be used by digital decoders that have undergone and fully passed a special mfx® test. These decoders and the locomotives in which they are installed bear the "fits mfx®" quality mark, which certifies unrestricted mfx® functionality. This means that PIKO products with the “fits mfx®” logo now fully support the diverse functions of mfx®.
