They also supplied dining coaches of the WRm type to the MITROPA dining coach company. A notable difference between the Halberstädter carriages and the new models was the uniquely designed front end, featuring different interconnecting doors with smaller windows. In addition to their use in express train services within the German Democratic Republic, these carriages were frequently seen in transit and international trains.
