Steam locomotive 23 071 of the Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij (VSM).

From 1950, 105 examples of the newly designed series were built. The VSM owns two class 23 locomotives. The 23 076 was the first 23 to arrive at the VSM in 1976, followed by the 23 071 in 1978. Both locomotives are operational.
