Trix 11167 - “EC” Digital Starter Set

Model: The loco has a built-in digital decoder and sound generator for operation with mfx and DCC. It also has a motor with a flywheel, 4 axles powered, and traction tires. The headlights and marker lights change over with the direction of travel. Warm-white LEDs are used (marker lights can be changed over and switched off), and there is cab lighting. All of the lighting can be controlled digitally. The cars have a close coupler mechanism and are prepared for the retrofitting of interior lighting. The set includes a Mobile Station, a track connection box, a switched mode power pack 230 V/30 VA, and an oval of track with curved tracks of radius 2. Space required: 90 x 47 cm / 35-3/8" x 18-1/2". Total length of the train over buffers is approximately 423 mm / 16-5/8".
Prototype: Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) class 4/4 II electric locomotive, road number 11146. B-B wheel arrangement, built from 1967 for the SBB. Fire-red basic paint scheme, with rectangular lamps and a scissor pantograph. One type Apm express train open seating car (1st class) and one type Bpm express train open seating car (2nd class) of Swiss Federal Railways (SBB/CFF/FFS). The train looks as it did around 2022.Use: Fast, international passenger trains.
